The management of roadworks, requests for assistance and emergencies is coordinated by the Company's Operations Centre, which is responsible for the 24-hour, 365-day-a-year oversight of the entire network under management. It does this through 345 cameras, advanced sensor systems, the constant patrolling of the Motorway Patrol and the response of the Traffic Safety Operators.

The categories of events that can generate motorway traffic disruptions or dangerous situations are:

For each of these categories, CAV S.p.A. adopts specific response procedures aimed at guaranteeing maximum safety for users and operators, timely information for users, and a swift resolution of emergencies.
