NOTES:
- "Free-flowing time" [min:sec]= time to travel the route at a medium speed 130 km/h for motorway sections and 90 km/h for the ring road section
- "average travel time" [min:sec]= time to travel the route at the average speed calculated by the sensors
- "Variance" [min:sec]="Free-flowing time" - "average travel time"
- weekday / festive : monday-friday /saturday-Sunday
- daily / night : from 6am to 10pm / from 10pm to 6am
