Percentage impact of road construction sites calculated as the ratio between the kilometers of lanes that are unavailable and the kilometers of lanes available to traffic in the absence of road construction sites, weighted in terms of time. This index is calculated as the monthly average of the last 12 months for fixed, not removable road construction sites carried out during daytime hours (6 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
