Service Charter

The Service Charter is drawn up annually by CAV S.p.A. based on the Directive of the Prime Minister of 27 January 1994, which sets out the principles on the provision of public services, the Directive of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport no. 102 of 19 February 2009, which sets out specific rules and obligations for motorway concessionaires, and Decree-Law no. 1/2012 converted by Law 27/2012, which, in art. 8, identified its contents.

In the Service Charter, the Company declares, in compliance with industry regulations and its obligations as a motorway concessionaire, which services it makes available to users, the methods and quality standards it intends to guarantee and undertakes to respect, with the intention of monitoring and improving their quality. It also sets out its policies regarding the environmental sustainability of its activities and the investments undertaken for the development and innovation of the infrastructure it manages.

The document also provides information on the safe use of the motorway infrastructure, on tolls (including any full or partial refund) and on the terms, conditions and timing for the payment of any compensation and damages.
