If there are information discrepancies between what is reported in the website’s ‘PRM accessibility’ section and the actual conditions of accessibility and usability of the services offered in the parking and service areas, persons with reduced mobility (PRM) may send a complaint, also through a web form, that must report the following information:

  • date of transit
  • entrance toll station
  • exit toll station
  • time of exit
  • number plate of the vehicle with which the transit was made
  • receipt collected at toll station/ replacement receipt / electronic toll device code / non-payment report number
  • description of the detected inefficiency specifying:
    • service area concerned
    • stopover time
    • location and type of inefficiency detected (e.g. food service establishment, fuel service establishment, forecourt, etc.)
    • self-certification of PRM status, specifying whether the person is the driver or passenger
    • any evidence of the inefficiency (e.g. photographs).
CAV S.p.A., after verifying the prerequisites and with the possibility of requesting additional information, will proceed, within the timeframe of the regulatory requirements, to pay compensation for the inefficiency suffered.
